Terms and Conditions

The #1 priority in any of Steve's workshop is your physical and emotional safety.

All acting classes or workshops will ask participants to access their emotions and this course will be no different. Improvisation is acting. An actors job is to tell a story by working in the medium of emotions. In traditional acting, the actors get a script, understand what is coming up next, and have the time to prepare themselves for those what is to come. Of course in improvisation we are discovering as we go. More often than not our emotional expression will be fun enjoyable stuff like: Joy, Surprise and Gratitude. But sometimes the journey can bring up thoughts, memories and feelings that can be difficult. Sometimes others can trigger emotions in you.
